Gre za klju\u010dno fazo v \u017eivljenjskem ciklu rastline, pri kateri pride do prehoda iz mirujo\u010dega stanja v aktivno rast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pogoji za kalitev:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Voda: Hidratacija je klju\u010dna, saj voda aktivira encime v semenu, ki spro\u017eijo presnovne procese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kisik: Potreben je za celi\u010dno dihanje, ki daje energijo za rast.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ustrezna temperatura: Razli\u010dne vrste semen kalijo pri razli\u010dnih temperaturah, ve\u010dina pa zahteva temperaturo med 15 \u00b0C in 25 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Svetloba: Nekatera semena potrebujejo svetlobo za kalitev (npr. solata), druga pa kalijo v temi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Faze kalitve:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Imbibicija: Seme vpije vodo, kar povzro\u010di nabrekanje in meh\u010danje semenske ovojnice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aktivacija metabolizma: Encimi v semenu se aktivirajo in za\u010dnejo razgrajevati rezervne snovi (\u0161krob, beljakovine) v energijo in gradbene enote.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rast klice: Radikula (prva korenina) prebije semensko ovojnico in za\u010dne rasti navzdol v zemljo.
